CNC ROUTERS

Our 2 CNC routers (the Sabre Sisters) can cut and carve wood, plastics and non- ferrous metals (such as aluminum & brass).  Our operators have the valuable experience and knowledge to not only run these machines, but play them like instruments and results are STUNNING.   Originally for sign cutting, these machines are fantastic for all sorts of techniques including push through letters, contoured edging, engraving and edge lit acrylic effects.  With a cutting area of 48" x 100" they can handle all sorts of jobs - everything from tiny carved letters to giant beautiful scroll work and artistic pieces.

WATERJET CUTTING

This bad boy can cut through almost anything.  Our Flow Mach 2 water jet (Godzilla) has a cutting area of 6' x 10'. Using high pressure water and precision accuracy, our water jet cuts metals, plastics and even phone books - because who uses a phone book now anyway?

CAD DESIGN

Of course, we can cut straight from your CAD files, DXF, DWG etc.  But we can also create CAD designs for you using Solidworks and AutoCAD.  Solidworks is the industry leader in 3d modeling software for manufacturing and we love it!
